The “Donate a Toy” Project Will Bring More Than 5,000 Gifts to Disadvantaged Children This Year, with Free Shipping Provided by GLS
GLS couriers are once again delivering gifts free of charge to children from children’s homes. As part of the “Donate a Toy” initiative, which GLS has supported for the 15th year, the company will transport more than 5,000 gifts free of charge to dozens of children’s homes and social care institutions across the Czech Republic.
GLS increased the number of delivered shipments by one fifth; it delivers parcels to 6,500 locations and parcel lockers.
Logistics company GLS recorded a record-breaking Christmas season last year, the strongest in its history, delivering 20% more parcels than the year before. At the same time, it continued its rapid expansion, doubling its network of parcel lockers and increasing the number of pickup points by 40% last year. The company will continue to grow in 2025 as well.
