What can we help you with?

How to send packages to each other via the app?

It's simple. You order the shipment of your parcel in the app, enter all the necessary details—address, shipment parameters—and make the payment.

If you choose to send your parcel via GLS Box, the app will generate a PIN for you. Enter this PIN directly into the GLS Box, the relevant box will open, and you can simply place your parcel inside. Done.

If you choose to send your parcel by courier pickup, just wait for the courier to arrive on the selected day to pick up your parcel.

Yes, you can. However, for the time being, this is only possible with delivery to an address.

Within the Czech Republic, you can use the app to send parcels to addresses, Parcel Shops, and GLS Boxes.

When ordering international shipping, you can currently only send parcels to addresses.

If you decide not to send the parcel after all, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via the application within 14 days of its conclusion, provided that the service has not yet commenced.

You can send us such a request at info@gls-czech.com. We will refund the money to the payment card you used to pay for the shipment within 7 days.

If the service has already begun (for example, the package has been picked up for shipment), the right of withdrawal expires.

The PIN for opening the parcel storage box is valid for 30 days from the date of generation. After this period, it will no longer be possible to open the box with this PIN.

a) Do you log in by email?

If you are unsure of your password, we recommend resetting it. After ten unsuccessful attempts, the account will be blocked for a minute. If you fail to log in again, the lock will be reactivated - and with each subsequent attempt, the lockout period increases, up to five hours. This is a security measure against unauthorised access.

b) Do you use Google, Apple or Facebook login?

If so, log in with the same account you used to register.

Your e-Balík login credentials do not work in the GLS CZ app. Each service has its own account.

The GLS CZ app pairs packages with your order based on your contact details. Therefore, add up to 3 email addresses that you normally use for orders to the app, and your phone number if necessary. This will ensure that you receive all notifications and don't miss any packages.
