| Explanation | Due to various circumstances, there are currently delays in Italy, Ireland, Greece, and Bulgaria (details see below). With the current backlogs and packages in transit, delivery before Christmas can unfortunately no longer be guaranteed. Please take this under consideration for customer requests. Further to this, it is advisable to proactively inform critical customers. Details: Italy: +1.3 days backlog in delivery, critical areas are Naples and Cagliari (Sardinia) Ireland: up to +3 days backlog in delivery, critical areas Dublin/East Ireland Greece: GLS packages are prioritized, but no guarantee, disruption due to farmers' strikes Bulgaria: packages with overdue delivery from a few days up to several weeks All affected countries are working with high priority to deliver as many packages as possible before Christmas. |

| Explanation | For shipments to and from Ireland and Northern Ireland, delays may currently occur. This is caused by two factors: Due to extremely severe weather conditions, ferries may be temporarily unable to depart. In addition, there is an unexpectedly high increase in shipping volume. We are doing everything we can to keep the resulting delays to a minimum and will inform customers as soon as new updates are available.
