GLS Spain strengthens its role as the logistics operator for Mad Cool for the next two years

Madrid, April 23, 2026. GLS Spain, a leading provider of national and international parcel delivery services, announces the renewal of its collaboration with Mad Cool Festival for the next two years, strengthening its role as the event’s logistics partner. The festival will take place from July 8 to 11 at the Iberdrola Music venue, located in the Villaverde district (Madrid).

The brand’s objective is to continue enhancing the attendee experience from the very first interaction with the festival, facilitating the delivery and collection of access wristbands through flexible solutions tailored to each individual.

This collaboration once again positions logistics as an essential part of the “fan journey,” connecting the excitement of the festival with a more efficient, accessible delivery experience aligned with the image of one of the year’s most iconic events. In this edition, GLS will once again manage the shipment of wristbands both nationally and internationally, combining home delivery with Out Of Home options through its network of convenience points.

Ramón Pérez, Senior Manager National Sales, Marketing & Communication at GLS Spain, states: “Mad Cool is a cultural and brand benchmark, and for GLS it is an opportunity to demonstrate how logistics can bring real value to the experience. Renewing this partnership for two years allows us to go one step further in visibility, personalization, and proximity, integrating ourselves into the key moments experienced by thousands of attendees before and during the festival.”

The renewal includes a rollout of activations designed to enhance the audience experience. In the weeks leading up to the festival, GLS will handle the distribution of wristbands both in Spain and internationally, carefully managing every touchpoint with personalized boxes and envelopes that convey the Mad Cool visual identity from the very beginning, along with a branded van that will bring the campaign to the streets of Madrid.

As a key new feature, GLS will also set up a wristband collection point at one of its Parcel Shops in the city during the weeks prior to the event, for those who prefer to integrate the pick-up into their daily routine. During the festival itself, the brand will gain visibility through logo placement across event assets and with a dedicated activation space within the venue.

With this collaboration, GLS Spain continues to drive solutions that provide flexibility for festival attendees and enhance their experience both before and during the event.
